Pro Player Admits Guilt in Murder of his Wife

Pro poker player Marcus Bebb-Jones, who hails from the U.K, has made a plea agreement with U.S. prosecutors that he killed his wife in 1997. The result of this plea agreement will see Marcus Bebb-Jones spend the next 12 to 20 years in a federal prison for his crimes.

It was in 1997 that Marcus Bebb-Jones, aged 49 currently, killed his wife and hid her body in the Colorado National Park. At that time both Marcus and his wife were running a hotel in the state of Colorado when his wife disappeared. Marcus Bebb-Jones then left the U.S and returned to the U.K. In 2004 his wife’s skull was found and since that time he has fought extradition to the U.S to face his crimes.

Marcus Bebb-Jones has career winnings of $242,570. He is set to be sentenced May 1st. No additional statements have been made by Marcus Bebb-Jones with respect to this matter.
