Poker Stars is one of the oldest and biggest poker sites around. If your looking for tournament action, then look no further. Poker Stars software is very well managed and runs all poker games at fast speeds. With Poker Stars being around for along time they have a high traffic rate. Most the people come to play tournaments but you will still have no trouble finding a good ring table. Poker Stars does offer many different poker game types. Including oone of my personal favorites, 5 card draw. If your a beginner player I HIGHLY suggest starting with low limit games. You will find some loose action at Poker Stars, but players tend to play tight around Poker Stars.

Poker Stars software is not the best looking but runs at fast speeds. The tournament lobby could use a little cleaning up with layout and searching. They have so many tournaments going on and up coming ones listed that I don’t really know how they could rewrite it. You get to add your own custom avatar here by uploading your own picture. If you like fast pace poker tournament action then Poker Stars is the place for you.

Poker Stars has been around so long finding players will hardly ever be a problem here. I suggest playing tight because Poker Stars Players play tight. Waiting for that perfect hand is almost a must with huge tournaments. Careful on the ring games with lots of players you will get all types of callers with hands you wouldn’t normally put them on.

I gave Poker Stars game type a rating of 9 because they offer nothing but poker games, and lots of them. You have to respect a poker site keeping it to strictly poker. You have Texas Hold’em, Omaha, Stud, and Draw at Poker Stars. With different game styles for all of them.

Mostly tight players here at Poker Stars. You will still find your occasional big bluffer from time to time. Playing a little tighter could secure your bankroll until you find that big bluff better.

With the bulk players at Poker Stars the Poker Stars team does a great job at answering e-mails in a super hurry. They normally respond fast, I have gotten a reply back as fast as 10 minutes. Live support would be a great add at Poker Stars with it’s high volume of players.
